Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 5 pm ship the same working day, orders with an engraved dog tag the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is complimentary from €50. Below that, it is €7.50 worldwide. Import duties or other local charges may apply, depending on your country.

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and send it back within 4 weeks. We email you a return label. The return costs of €10 are deducted from your refund. Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges follow the same steps, without the return costs.

Every Laelaps leash is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our Portuguese atelier. We work with one leather and a few honest materials, and we take our time with each of them.
Leather

Premium embossed calf leather in two tones: a main colour and an accent colour. Soft in your hand and strong enough for every walk.

Craft

Water repellent stitching and stainless steel hardware with a matte PVD finish, chosen to last for years.

Finish

Every edge is sealed by hand with gum arabic, the detail that sets fine leather goods apart.
